Personal contact is the most effective way to communicate with legislators. When this is not possible, writing letters, telephoning, faxing, or emailing are other effective methods of contact and are welcomed by legislators when opinions are expressed intelligently and with sincerity. Legislators value the support of a strong organization.
During the fall is a great time to get some face to face time with our State Representatives. Go by your representative’s office this Sept – Dec to let them know how important public education is to your family and our state.
